HSC Milling Non-Ferrous Heavy Metal
We mill the wide range of non-ferrous heavy metals up to 2 x 3 m
Sheet material of brass, copper, or red brass alloys can be easily processed on our flatbed milling systems. We work with machines that are similar to those used by leading airlines.
Non-ferrous heavy metals can be processed superbly with high-speed spindles and minimum volume lubrication. This leads to extraordinarily good results. Due to the relatively low machining forces, the sheet material can be fixed easily onto our flatbed milling systems and is smoothly processed by utilizing vacuum-powered fixtures.

The term non-ferrous heavy metals describes cadmium (Cd), cobalt (Co), copper (Cu), nickel (Ni), Lead (Pb), tin (Sn), and zinc (Zn) as well as the alloys brass, bronze, or red brass.
When it comes to processing, non-ferrous heavy metals stand out due to great pourability and easy machinability. However, these relatively soft metals tend to lubricate, which requires us to carefully select processing parameters and tools.

Non-ferrous heavy metal in its most exquisite form – brass damascus
Brass Damascus is a particularly noble and attractive variation. Various brass alloys are fused together in multiple forging processes. The material’s different layers can be made visible through precise heat treatment, which results in a highly appealing surface.
