Laser fine welding is a welding procedure, which is very gentle to the material – slightest HAZ (heat-affected zone), no warping, no hardness increase, and no structural change. Even hardened and tempered surfaces can be processed in a way that the properties remain unchanged.

Materials: virtually all metallic materials can be welded by using this procedure. It is irrelevant whether materials of the same or a different kind are welded together. Even very thin and thick materials can be welded together without being exposed to thermal load. That’s why welds close to electric, magnetic, or heat-sensitive components are feasible without any problems.
